We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 100 days of purchase for a full refund.*

Please note that unless you opted for "Free Unlimited Returns" via Redo at checkout, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. The item must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging, and include all contents. To process a return, customers must use the official Coushy return portal. We cannot be held responsible for refunds if returns are made through alternate methods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if you opt for a refund, but no fee will be charged for store credit.
