Things to Remember:

• Repack – Ensure your item is in like-new condition, repackaged in its original box along with all contents.
• Print & Ship – Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an order-specific (non-prepaid) return label to print.

After receiving your label, follow these steps:

1. Print the return label and securely attach it to any shipping box of your choice. Place the cushion and its packaging inside the box. Please avoid placing any labels on the blue drawstring bag with the Coushy logo.
2. Drop off the package at the designated carrier listed on your return label.

Please note:

• If you did not purchase "Free Unlimited Returns" for $1.98 via Redo during checkout, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
• No refund will be provided if the returned product or packaging is damaged, or if the original packaging is missing or damaged.
• You must ship your return within 28 days of initiating it, as the return label will expire after that time. If expired, the return process must be restarted.
